*Hazard Disclosure*
Trailer Entry
Trailer entrance height varies with ground level. Patrons should use caution when entering, exiting, or standing near doorways.
Slips, Trips, and Falls
Slips, trips, and falls may occur. Patrons should avoid running or horseplay in or around the trailer. Some controllers use wired connections; patrons must watch their footing and avoid stepping on or tripping over cables.
Hardwired Network Cable
A Cat6 line may be run from the trailer to the building. This exposed cable is a trip hazard. Patrons must avoid it, especially during laser tag or active play.
Laser Tag Barriers
Laser tag barriers use wooden stakes and lightweight poly walls. Stakes can break into sharp ends if leaned on or run into. Patrons should not treat barriers as solid walls or hurdles.
Equipment Responsibility
Accidents may occur during normal gameplay. However, the host is responsible for replacement costs of equipment damaged through negligence or malicious intent (e.g., placing liquids on equipment, throwing laser tag guns).
Nerf Safety
Nerf darts may hit eyes; use caution during play.
Waiver / Acceptance of Terms
Your booking deposit serves as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the hazard disclosure, and functions as the event waiver for all participants.
